'What is Magick?

def. Magick is the art and science of causing change to occur in conformity with will. This change can ocur:

1. in the outer, manifest world;
2. in the magician's consciousness;
and
3. most often in both, for changing one often changes the other.

Magickal change occurs in a way that is not currently understood by modern science because it works through the Unmanifest - through subtle manipulations of the invisible, spiritual realms.

However, the workings of magick are subject to natural law. The effects of magick are sometimes clearly visible in the physical world and other times they are only apparent on a personal, spiritual level.

The workings of magick are not limited by the constraints of time and space.

Laws of Magick.

1. The law of importance of human willpower.

Human willpower is not some abstract idea, but a real force that is capable of being trained. A trained human will is capable of causing change and producing physical effect.


2. The law of the astral light.

The astral light is an invisible spiritual substance that penetrates everything in the universe. The astral light can be used by magicians to cause change at any distance in space.


3. The law of correspondence.

This law, based on older medieval theories concerning the 'magical virtues' of different substances, states that everything in the Greater Universe has corresponding part in the Lesser Universe.

Man, the Microcosm, is smaller reflection and extension of the Greater Universe, the Macrocosm.

To effect a change in one is to effect a change in other.

According to Levi's view, it was man's soul, more so than his body, which was believed to be the 'magical mirror of the universe.'

The universe we live in is not a mixture of chance factors and events, but ordered system of correspondences. The idea that there is a clear connection and relationship between greater (macro) universe and the lesser (micro) human universe is one of the basic principles of magic.

The Law of Correspondence includes the idea that certain objects, symbols, or substances are connected to different energies - through vibration, color, or character. These associations are usually planetary, zodiacal, or elemental, but they can also include the characteristics of plants, stones, metals, deities, etc.

By using certain substances, such as metals, gemstones, colors, herbs, and incenses, the magician is choosing things that will help him concentrate and focus his willpower. By understanding the pattern of these correspondences as they relate to the soul, 'the magical mirror of the universe,' the magician is able to use them to affect change, for good or for ill. This is possible because the forces that the magician seeks to affect are inside him as well as outside him. They are the magician's own essential impulses magnified out into the cosmos.

The conduit that exists between the magician's internal impulses and the cosmic forces that exist out in the greater universe is the faculty of imagination, which can be considered the most powerful tool of magic.


4. Law that human willpower must be combined with human imagination.


How It Works?

The steps of magickal process can be more easily understood if we order them as follows:

1. Intent. The magician must have a clear goal in mind.
2. Correspondence. The magician must choose which symbols, tools, and correspondences will best suit his or her needs.
3. Image. An image of the goal of the working is created and visualized in the astral light and built up through the faculty of imagination.
4. Willpower. The magician directs and focuses the force of will, like a laser, upon the desired end. This energizes the astral image so that its effects are felt on a personal, psychic or physical level.

This is the method used in all magickal workings.'

def. Astral: from the greek word astrum, or 'star.' That which belongs to the incorporeal level of being, which is beyond the material or physical.

Chic Cicero and Sandra Tabatha Cicero (Florida) are Senior Adepts of the Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn. People from that Roleplaying Game server still call me 'Attentus'.

i am slowly styling myself this way, anyway ... both for a Buddhist Woman i Love, as well as for my friend Nerialka & others.

It'll be not my only style, i'll use other styles as well.

An Athamé is a Witchcraft's masculine TAROT tool associated with the Air Element, with directing the Magickal Energies, with thought, mental power, communication, travel, intellect, abstract thinking, divination, ... , with Magickal Power: 'To Know'.

A Chalice, Silver as Moon is a Witchcraft's feminine TAROT tool associated with the Water Element, with feelings & intuition, dreams, compassion, psychism, astral travel, ... , with Magickal Power: 'To Dare'. A Chalice is filled with a Clear-Cold Water that can act as a Scrying Mirror, enhancing perceptions to see far.

A 'Nitescence' Paint shows a Beautiful Magickal Feminine Eye, with the Imaginary Runes of Power on a Purple Pupil, an eye that sees much & purifies taints associated with tears.

i did a Simple Dharmic-Magickal Protection Rite, it's a start.

Dharma is a word for Buddha's Unsurpassable Teachings, there are other Dharmic Religions as well.

Magick can also include Witchcraft & Wicca, at least in my case, i think.

On a temporary Magickal Altar, under a 'Nitescence' eye, i put a Spellbook & a Black Protection Candle.

i set the Candle alight, i spoke a few of Mantras in Mind.

My wish for this Candle Magick is to Protect families,

Both of friends' - as well as of ours - both Esoteric & Buddhist families at that.

Focus is on kids, but also on adults, from any dangers - including spiritual dangers & 'energy leaks', as well.

Anonymous SSH Hack.

A warning.

... i didn't check to confirm this a method yet, can't guarantee it's success, for now.

This a post will be rewritten when i have time to include:
- a full confirmation / troubleshooting results,
- edits for a constructive critic i already got (a better ssh parameters & a netcat use as an alternative for the connect.c tool) & perhaps will get still,
- full working shell script that hacks,
- full working shell script that generates a dictionary that contains character combinations for a 'brute-force attack'.
- a formal 'hack' definition,
- edits for a better, more coherent style.

An Anonymous SSH Hack.

In this an article i'll try to describe rarely used option of SSH ProxyCommand, that lets to specify program through which the connection can be trasmitted.

First we need to install TOR with all dependencies:

> apt-get install tor

Then we need to prepare a connect.c software piece.

To tunnel SSH Connection we issue a command:

> ssh -o ProxyCommand="/home/nm108/connect -S localhost:9050 %h %p" 108.108.84.84 -p 22

... where /home/nm108/connect is a path to compiled 'connect.c' software piece, localhost:9050 is an address to our TOR server (port 9050 is a standard port for TOR server), and 108.108.84.84 is and IP addres of a server to which we wish to connect through SSH protocol; -p parameter is optional (if ssh works on port 22, it's not neccessary).

We can use sshpass software piece as well.

> sshpass -p '<password>' <ssh/scp command>

Then we can use a script that tries connecting in a loop, performing a 'Dictionary SSH Hack'.

A dictionary can also be 'brutal' - can use brute force character combinations as a part of it's contents.

This has uses in a 'firewall-bypassing hacks'.

Love Spells.

Introduction.

Are love spells harmful? Do they rape?

i think that love spells are harmful only if cast against will of their target.

Before casting a love spell, always make sure that affected being does not mind - otherwise they are a form of black magick, a form of rape.

Against true will, love spells won't last for long anyway, they can be 'reversed to go back to sender' as well.

One can think of it as a form of proposing to someone, if she or he won't agree, don't do it.

One can think of additional agreements & conditions such as:
- 'on condition that the love spell works both ways, affecting both a caster & a target of the spell',
- 'a close friendship form, with a condition that it won't go too far & won't endanger the True Love'.

Moon Phase.

In general, the new moon is considered to be the most favorable time for a new romance spell.

The waxing moon will help you gain and preserve love.

The waning moon helps in the removal of a now unwanted lover who is dragging his feet.


TAROT Symbols.

A chalice is the symbol of feminity, feelings & water.

A wand is the symbol of masculinity, feelings & fire.


One of the Love Spell Formulas.

'We Two Meet as One'.

1. You will need two human figure candles of appropriate gender to represent yourself and your beloved. Choose whichever color resonates best for you, although pink, yellow or white are most traditional.
2. Personalize each candle by carving initials, names, birthdays or symbols into the wax.
3. Anoint each candle with a romantic oil.
4. Place the candles at opposite ends of a flameproof rectangular pan or tray, facing each other. (Disposable aluminium baking trays are great or cover a roasting pan with aluminium foil.)
5. Light the candles, concentrating on your wish and affirmation of togetherness. Allow to burn for 20 minutes then extinguish.
6. Twenty-four hours later, rub a little extra oil on the candles, push them 1 inch closer together then repeat the ritual: light the candles, focus on your desire, allow them to burn for 20 minutes then extinguish.
7. This is to be repeated every 24 hours, continually pushing the candles together until they meet.
8. When the candles cannot be pushed any closer together, allow them to burn out in their entirety. If the wax from the respective candles blend together and become indistinguishable from each other, thus a very good sign.

(If by chance, you change your mind about this relationship in the middle of the ritual, do not stop. Just have the candles veer away from each other, like two ships passing in the night. Do not allow them to burn out until each candle has safely turned it's back on the other. An effective divorce / separation spell is performed by reversing the process, i.e. starting the candles together in the center and pulling them gradually apart.)

When i sought magickal sources, i listened to a young Witch in a deviantART's Witchcraft group when she told me to buy & read a book.

It was 'The Weiser Field Guide to witches' by Judika Illes.

i learned a little from it, i try to read it whole, but not too much at once.

Then i have joined the 'Temple of Witchcraft', a group on facebook - it was where i learned that Judika Illes has public lecture in the Temple of Witchcraft, in the Salem of England - during the 'Templefest'.

Salem is a famous town, famous for the Witch Trials during the times of Witchcraft persecutions & inquisition.

Many are aware that Witches are persecuted still.

With insights' guidance, i bought TAROT Cards & Tools & more.

Had insights that Magickal books & other Magickal tools & expenses attract certain forces, that a mere buying & owning a Magickal book can be a source of Arcane Lore - even beyond what's written in it, for example in the forms of insights - a Book is a key to Wisdom, symbolically, afterall.

i bought a second of Judika Illes books - 'The Big Book of Practical Spells', i read a little as well.

i learned still that Judika Illes started to learn reading at the very young childhood age of 3 years young, that she had many Esoteric books at home, so she started very young.

She kept practicing her craft for whole life, publishing books, she's now older & much Wiser.

Judika Illes is a Famous Witch, respected for her Wisdom by me, by many others as well.

Sects, Antisects, Mystical Weapons.

i strive for Truth that brings together instead of separating, i try to be Antisectarian Buddhist.

Sect is separation & lies, Antisect is also a sect that counters Sects, Antisect that i will create will have aspirations to Religion as a Way, then to Science related with the Law of Cause & Effect ...

Religion is from a latin word 'Religare' or 'Reunion'.


Experiences with Mystical Weapons of the Sects.

One day in a Buddhist Center i was told that meditators will show me something.

They spoke Mantras that sounded like common words about heat & cold, i panicked.

As i tried to struggle & escape, paralysis overcame me, i felt heat & cold in turns as well; both paralysis, cold & heat lessened as i ceased then reappeared as i resumed fleeing; this happened few or more times in turns.

Purpose.

While i am antisectarian, i know that Sects Protect me as well.

Without Sects i would not survive.

i think Sectarian weapons are important part of self-defense in the Buddhist Way.

i think best way to neutralize sect is to serve so they do not need to use Sectarian Mystical or other Weapons; Killing them is not a very good idea, they would Reincarnate anyway.

Aleister Crowley, it's founder excelled in Black Magick, he called himself Antichrist & Most Wicked Man in the World.


My Way.

While i try to be White Mage with an ambition of reaching highest official rank in the Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn, i also value the importance of Politics.

Politics prevents Wars.

If sides can talk & debate, common understanding can be achieved, resources split, common goals identified, strategic fronts claimed & negotiated for shares - then both sides can attempt to behave.

Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn was formerly under A. Crowley, now led by the Rosicrucian Imperator David Griffin.


Recent Relations.

Recently i shared a post from this a blog, Power Numbers & Symbolic Meanings, got a slight praise for that from Thelema Member - this happened via the Internet.

Then i got insight that with support & funding by our Allies, high Thelema members aided us in defeating Nihilism - a little at least.

White Magick, too meek?

Even while white magick can be harmless & meek, it does not have to be so.

White Magick can be strong as well.

In my case White Magick does & will specialize in countering Black & in turning the Black to White as well.

In my case White Magick will also be expert at countering white & other as well.

Black Magicians can use white magicks as well, to counter the White - for the Power Duels as well; Many of them are not below that.

In my case White Magick will learn many Strong Arts, but weak & harmless tricks as well.

It is my Act of Will - an Act of Magick in itself; it's a Mantra as well; it's both at once as well.
