Chic Cicero and Sandra Tabatha Cicero (Florida) are Senior Adepts of the Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn. Chic was a close freind and student of Israel Regardie, and he was one of the key people to help Regardie resurrect a legitimate branch of the Golden Dawn in the United States in early 1980s.
