Directions & Elements - by Buddhism & by the Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn.

In some of previous articles, i've got correspondences between elements and directions wrong.

Does this mean that previous Rites and my Magick is not working?

... i belive it works, because i do spellwork/mantras in a team, and certain Spiritual Authorities correct my mistakes.

Nevertheless, i should perform a rite to correct that mistake, and do it soon.

... i wanted to buy incense sticks associated with elements (Air, Water, Fire & Earth), and it was hard to find something at reasonable price.

So i've digged in the internet and tried asking in witchcraft's chat that i am in, asked for association between herbs and elements.


List.

Fire: rosemary / pl: rozmaryn /, allspice, nutmeg, juniper, peppermint, grains of paradise,
Water: heather, jasmine, lotus / pl: kwiat lotosu /, vanilla, tansy, lemon, rose, violet, ylang-ylang, chamomile,

Affirmations to Balance Inner Alchemy of Elements.

Introduction.

Affirmations can empower one's life's aspects.

By empowering proper words, one can gain control of inner alchemy of one's elements, i think.

Fire.

I am 100% dedicated to succeeding.


Water.

i am on the way of understanding feminine feelings, associated with the element of Water.

Martial Arts' -wise: 'i'll flow as Water, feeling as a woman, and almost not as a man.'


Earth.

Earth's Protection is an important foundation, and little else of Earth matters.

Malkuth Sepiroth matters still, as well as the Power to Manifest Spells of my Triple Moon Guardian Pentacle Pendant, of Godess's Wings.

Elements, Spirit, Akasha & Ether.

Elements.



in magic there are four basic elements (fire, water, air, and earth) which are regarded as realms, kingdoms, or divisions of nature.

they are the basic modes of existence and action, and the building blocks of everything in the universe.


Spirit.



a fifth element, spirit, is said to bind together and govern the lesser four.


Ether.



a western term for akasa or spirit.


Akasa (or Akasha).

it's derived from a Sanskrit word meaning 'to Shine'.

... among Buddhists at least, Light is associated with Spirituality.

... there's also Shine meditation, related with Mind's Calming & Mind's Observation activities mostly ... on that way, it's written, supernatural powers are discovered.


Subtle Differencies.

... let's notice that different words might have almost the same meanings, but they are useful mostly within their contexts, within groups of people associated with certain thinking patterns. there are many subtle differencies to observe & related philosophies that might vary very much.
