Sects, Antisects, Mystical Weapons.

My way.

i strive for Truth that brings together instead of separating, i try to be Antisectarian Buddhist.

Sect is separation & lies, Antisect is also a sect that counters Sects, Antisect that i will create will have aspirations to Religion as a Way, then to Science related with the Law of Cause & Effect ...

Religion is from a latin word 'Religare' or 'Reunion'.

Experiences with Mystical Weapons of the Sects.

One day in a Buddhist Center i was told that meditators will show me something.

They spoke Mantras that sounded like common words about heat & cold, i panicked.

As i tried to struggle & escape, paralysis overcame me, i felt heat & cold in turns as well; both paralysis, cold & heat lessened as i ceased then reappeared as i resumed fleeing; this happened few or more times in turns.

...

Purpose.

While i am antisectarian, i know that Sects Protect me as well.

Without Sects i would not survive.

i think Sectarian weapons are important part of self-defense in the Buddhist Way.

i think best way to neutralize sect is to serve so they do not need to use Sectarian Mystical or other Weapons; Killing them is not a very good idea, they would Reincarnate anyway.

Development.

i agreed to help in 'Heating & Freezing' Sectarian Mystical Weapon development, using Art of Magick & Light, perhaps for more as well.

... it's also written on a Buddhist blog.

Thelema Politics.

Introduction.

Thelema is about Magick, perhaps any, perhaps not.

Aleister Crowley, it's founder excelled in Black Magick, he called himself Antichrist & Most Wicked Man in the World.

My Way.

While i try to be White Mage with an ambition of reaching highest official rank in the Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn, i also value the importance of Politics.

Politics prevents Wars.

If sides can talk & debate, common understanding can be achieved, resources split, common goals identified, strategic fronts claimed & negotiated for shares - then both sides can attempt to behave.

Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn was formerly under A. Crowley, now led by the Rosicrucian Imperator David Griffin.

Recent Relations.

Recently i shared a post from this a blog, Power Numbers & Symbolic Meanings, got a slight praise for that from Thelema Member - this happened via the Internet.

Then i got insight that with support & funding by our Allies, high Thelema members aided us in defeating Nihilism - a little at least.

White Magick, too meek?

Even while white magick can be harmless & meek, it does not have to be so.

White Magick can be strong as well.

In my case White Magick does & will specialize in countering Black & in turning the Black to White as well.

In my case White Magick will also be expert at countering white & other as well.

Black Magicians can use white magicks as well, to counter the White - for the Power Duels as well; Many of them are not below that.

In my case White Magick will learn many Strong Arts, but weak & harmless tricks as well.

It is my Act of Will - an Act of Magick in itself; it's a Mantra as well; it's both at once as well.

Numerology: Power Numbers & Symbolic Meanings.

i had insights with explainations, that way i know.

Numerology is a Magick form, where numbers are used as symbols, where numbers have meanings.

There can be geometrical visualizations in Numerology as well, but meanings of geometrical forms are based on meanings of simple numbers and arithmetics.

... for a more about geometric numerology, click:
> [ Geometric Numerology, example of offensive Magickal Spell. ],
> [ Power Node Set-Up, Geometric Numerology Visualization. ].

in a context of describing amount, type and/or form of power, numbers have following meanings:

0 is a void, emptiness, nothing is permanent - even void as well,
... is empty form, potential for non-empty form arising from emptiness,
1 is enough, is either 'atomic-one' so alone, or 'unity as one' - so together with loved ones, with friends,
... is non-empty form, either complex or simple,
2 is more than enough,
... also represents a couple of living beings,
3 is power,
4 is more than power, is passive protection (like four of square-shaped walls around the castle),
5 is spirit* & blessing,
... is related with TAROT that unifies four elements within ... therefore is related with skrying, with Truth discovery & perceptions,

truth is what brings together instead of separating,
... but honesty is also important.

6 is a hex, is a twice power - more than enough of power (3*2 = 6), is a curse** & spell as well,
... saying: 'six' or 'hex' to someone is casting a curse on him or her,
7 is luck & happiness, is prosperity (16 -> 1+6 = 7), is protection with power (4+3 = 7),
8 is a mage sign, is infinity between heavens & hells (8 is infinity symbol turned 90 degrees) - as with 'as above so below' quote,
... is spirit with power (5+3) - high magick, mysticism as well; High Magick is mostly Spiritual Development,
... is Truth discovery with power (5+3), greater skrying,
... is time (in Buddhism time has no beginning nor end, so infinity is related with time),
9 is a greater power, or power times power as well,
... happy couples, pairs (2) of happy (7) beings often have greater power when together (2+7 = 9),
10 is related with computing, numerology & math, is a bit, as with the 0-1 notation,
... 0 is emptiness, empty form,
... 1 is non-empty form,
... is form dissolution (1 -> 0, form can return to space, disappear),
... ia form arising (1 <- 0, emptiness is potential, form can appear from it) ... nothing is permanent, even emptiness,
11 is a hex with spirit, is a greater hex,
... or its to defeat hex with power of spirit,
... or is protection from skrying (hexed divination, 6+5 = 11),
12 is a holy number in many Religions, is a twice a hex, is a two times power than power,
13 is a luck/happiness with a hex (7+6 = 13), is a hexed luck, is unhappiness as well,
... too much of protection (9+4 = 13) is loss of freedom,
14 is twice a luck & happiness, is happy couple together (7*2 = 14),
... also - because of 1+4=5 - happy couples, in love with each other, are spiritual & holy ... to not be separated,
...
16 is prosperity.
...
22 is very unfortunate number, is misfortune with greater power (13+9),
23 is very fortunate number, is misfortune turned into void (13+10), is luck/happiness with greater power (14+9),
84 is related with Holy Number in Buddhism, with 84 000 lessons, is a twelve times seven & more,
108 is related with The Holy Number in Buddhism, with 108 Holy Books - Kangyur, is a twelve times nine, has great mathematical properties & much more as well,
...
666 is curse with great power (6+6+6 = 3*6), (3*6 = 18 -> 1+8 = 9) is Satan's number as well,
...

*5 is Spirit as with a Pentacle joins, as with Fifth Pentacle's Arm, as TAROT Cards & Tools,
! ... as 'Fifth element, Spirit that brings elements together'.

... in buddhism, 5 can also represent spirit - mind, in this case.

**Curse is abstract active attack, can take any of attack forms - from bad smell during a party with friends, to falling asleep in wrong moment - for example when going to workplace, to dying in the car accident.

... there are four mind aspects:
- feminine feelings,
- masculine thoughts,
- masculine feelings,
- feminine thoughts.

i was born on 13.09.1977, so i am aligned with unhappiness brought with lack of luck at youth (because of the curse of 13), with a greater & lesser powers, with mathematics & computing (1+9=10 of 1977), with twice a luck & happiness as well.

Lama Ole Nydahl explains that nothing gives so much of happiness & unhappiness together as Love, so i still have hope that way ;)

... this numerology was praised by Thelema's Member.
... Thelema, founded by Aleister Crowley, is 'Religion of Will', 'Black Magick Religion', 'Sex Cult', etc.

'Thelema' means 'Will', 'Agape' means 'Love'.

93/93.

... there are many kinds of love, not only 'Eros' & 'Agape'.

Animals as Symbols.

Every animal is also a symbol, can be studied as well.

Symbols have meanings in Magick as well, meaning gives Power as well.

They can be Familiars as well.

They have different meaning associations in different cultures & times.

They are victims of their karma as the predators & as a prey.

They can learn how to play together, to fight together the common prey - especially when are trained by a skilled person.

They have their habitats, history, behaviours, enemies & friends - all a part of their meaning & symbolism as well.

They have abilities, often surpassing the Men.

They can be reborn in the human form & reach Enlightenment as well; They have Elements, Beauty & Colors, they have a Mind & Karma, they are living beings as well.

Animals can be fearsome, humans often underestimate them.

Animals should be understood, gently Protected, with love as well.

More Magickal Tools.

After completing the Basic Tarot Tools path & completing the tools, i've got the insights for more.

i am beginner again, on more advanced path ... that will use old tools as well.

i've ordered following:

1. A Spellbook.

It's Magical Theory & Spellbook by Judika Illes, a famous Witch who had public speech during a recent Templefest in the Temple of Witchcraft in Salem, England. Salem is a famous town for Witch Trials in the past.

It's not only a list of spells, it's also about how to create own spells.

2. A Packet of 10 Antique Tibetan Silver Dragonfly Charms.

i've met on the street Karolina Boboli again, important young Buddhist of our Sangha.

Soon after had insights that we need more of Magick, and that Dragonfly Magick will awaken in me for the Queen of Bhutan soon.

It's not first insight in this regard, had similar years ago.

I've ordered 10 very cheap Dragonfly Charms of Tibetan Silver as well. These have different style than my usual gothic, but it's good lesson for me.

Dragonfly's Symbolism is elaborated in: this article.

3. Wiccan Book of Shadows.

Protects the Witch's Wisdom, Rites & Spells, from magickal attacks & spying as well.

Even if it's a Buddhist Witch in a male form as i.

(Closing the latch is an Act of Will, a Spell-Rite as well).

Should be hidden deep.

4. Triple Moon Guardian Pentacle Pendant.

It's symbolism is both simple, elegant & enough.

- Heart for Love, Feelings & Will,
- Fiery Godess for Love, Wisdom, Power, Style & more ... a Source of Light as well,
- Triple Moon for Moon's Wisdom, Reflection of Light & the Source of Magickal Power; The Central Moon's Purple Moonstone adds the Depth, Mysticism, Spirituality, Sex, Style, Power, the Noble Intent as well,
- Wings represent Birds that Fly & See Far - of Ravens & Dragonflies as well. Flight is associated with High States of Mind, Spellcasting & Realization (Manifestation) of Rites & Spells,
- Woman's dress is a veil, is illusion & can be removed to see,
- Hood protects the head,
- Five Armed Star is the source of the Moon-Light, the Sun is a Star as well; it's a part of Pentacle's Protection & Wisdom as well; A star & a moon also light the worlds - for Godess Eyes, Dragonfly & Raven to see; Godess Radiance as well,
- Silver as Moon, shifts Protection's focus to Mind.

It's more 'active' pentacle than simple silver one as well, for more advanced magick-users.

It's focus on 'active defenses', Moon's Wisdom is imparted, then can be manifested (realized) in form of Rites or Spells - while keeping basic defenses of a Silver Pentacle as well.

Simpler Pentacle is more 'passive defense' & wisdom, worth to protect & keep nevertheless; Can be of silver as well - for we can have 'passive protection' in two ways at least as well. Hiding it deep in a drawer to protect for example, is also an Act of Will. Even hidden at home it adds to defenses for we own as we paid for it & have it still.

See also, if You wish: Triple Moon Guardian Pentacle Pendant's Consecration Rite.

5. Raven Familiar Statue.

This Witches Familiar statue of the Raven is crafted in high-quality resin and stands 6 inches high. Great for the home or altar.

Ravens are known to see troubles, violence, feud, the battles & wars as well. Feed on meat & carrion as well.

6. Candles & Incense.
- 2x Protection Invocation Candles,
- 2x White Taper Candles - for starting new ways, perhaps for White Magick as well,
- 1x Stick Protection Inceses,
- 1x Stick White Magick Incenses,
- 1x Stick Prosperity Incenses.

Dragonfly & it's Symbolism.

A Tibetan Silver Dragonfly Charms.

Neo-mahakala-108's Symbolic Meanings for a Dragonfly.

An important Buddhist Friend, Hanna Łubek told me: 'Must be alert as a dragonfly' at Stupa House Buddhist Center.

i took her first words at this meeting seriously & decided to help that way.

i created & am still creating 'Dragonfly Algorithm' blog for Lama Ole Nydahl & a for Buddhist Woman i Love, as well.

it has this motto as well, which meaning is that it should be 'a eye-opening wisdom'.

Symbolism and Meaning of a Dragonfly.

The dragonfly has been a subject of intrigue in every single continent it is found in, and with each civilization, has developed a unique meaning to it, its behavior and its lifestyle.

The word Dragonfly has its source in the myth that Dragonflies were once Dragons.

The family name Odonata comes from the Greek word for tooth as Odonates were believed to have teeth, it is a verified fact now that while they don’t have ‘teeth’ per say, they have strong mandibles that they use to crush their prey.

The dragonfly, in almost every part of the world symbolizes change and change in the perspective of self realization; and the kind of change that has its source in mental and emotional maturity and the understanding of the deeper meaning of life.

Power and Poise.

The dragonfly’s agile flight and its ability to move in all six directions exude a sense of power and poise - something that comes only with age and maturity. The dragonfly can move at an amazing 45 miles an hour, hover like a helicopter fly backwards like a hummingbird, fly straight up, down and on either side. What is mind blowing is the fact that it can do this while flapping its wings a mere 30 times a minute while mosquitoes and houseflies need to flap their wings 600 and 1000 times a minute respectively.

The awe inspiring aspect is how the dragonfly accomplishes its objectives with utmost simplicity, effectiveness and well, if you look at proportions, with 20 times as much power in each of its wing strokes when compared to the other insects. The best part is that the dragonfly does it with elegance and grace that can be compared to a veteran ballet dancer. If this is not a brazen, lazy, overkill in terms of display of raw power, what is?

Created Illusions.

The dragonfly exhibits iridescence both on its wings as well as on its body. Iridescence is the property of an object to show itself in different colors depending on the angle and polarization of light falling on it.

This property is seen and believed as the end of one’s self created illusions and a clear vision into the realities of life. The magical property of iridescence is also associated with the discovery of one’s own abilities by unmasking the real self and removing the doubts one casts on his/her own sense of identity. This again indirectly means self discovery and removal of inhibitions.

Focus on living ‘IN’ the moment.

The dragonfly normally lives most of its life as a nymph or an immature. It flies only for a fraction of its life and usually not more than a few months. This adult dragonfly does it all in these few months and leaves nothing to be desired. This style of life symbolizes and exemplifies the virtue of living IN the moment and living life to the fullest. By living in the moment you are aware of who you are, where you are, what you are doing, what you want, what you don’t and make informed choices on a moment-to-moment basis.

This ability lets you live your life without regrets like the great dragonfly.

The opening of one’s eyes.

The eyes of the dragonfly are one of the most amazing and awe inspiring sights. Given almost 80% of the insect’s brain power is dedicated to its sight and the fact that it can see in all 360 degrees around it, it symbolizes the uninhibited vision of the mind and the ability to see beyond the limitations of the human self. It also in a manner of speaking symbolizes a man/woman’s rising from materialism to be able to see beyond the mundane into the vastness that is really our Universe, and our own minds.

The Tall Tales and the short stories.

What can one say, for a harmless insect that does not bite, does not sew snakes’ wounds, and definitely does not measure human souls for good and evil, there have been a wide variety of myths and mythology associated with the life and the existence of the dragonfly.

But before we go down to the lore by location, one very striking aspect comes to mind. Change. In many regions and as a norm of this day, the dragonfly is considered to be an agent of change and presumably symbolic of a sense of self realization. Self realization from how the dragonfly uses its power to control its movements and so elegantly. And change and evolution is all about the dragonfly’s ability to fly and the way it can be comfortable on water, land as well as the air.

To the Japanese, it symbolizes summer and autumn and am admired and respected all over, so much so that the Samurai use it as a symbol of power, agility and best of all, Victory.

In China, people associate the dragonfly with prosperity, harmony and as a good luck charm.

Amongst Native Americans, it is a sign of happiness, speed and purity. Purity because the dragonfly eats from the wind itself.

In Europe & in Australia - beginning from calling the dragonfly, the witches’ animal, and that Satan sent it on earth to cause chaos and confusion, to calling it, Ear Cutter, Devil’s Needle, Adderbolt and worst of all, Horse Stinger, which soon spread Down Under, when the British colonized Australia. The name Horse Stinger comes from the misinformed observation that horses that were kicking and stamping around usually had a few dragonflies hovering around them. Fact remains though, that the dragonflies could well have been helping the horse by eating some of the parasitic insects that were doing the actual ‘horse stinging’.

Well, the Welsh call the dragonfly the snake’s servant and think they follow snakes and stitch up their wounds…and continuing with the misnomers, they are called eye pokers and eye snatchers in Portugal.

In Sweden, folklore suggests that we dragonflies come around to check for bad souls - to weigh souls to be more ‘accurate’ and elsewhere, believed to sneak up to children who tell lies and also adults who curse and scold, to stitch up their eyes, mouth, and ears respectively.

For a species of insects that have inhabited our planet for almost 300 million years, it is only natural perhaps that they have such a wide and varied perception amongst various civilizations.

Modern & Practical VR.

Introduction.

VR is Virtual Reality.

Virtual means apparent, non-real, or non-real yet.

Virtual Adepts use VR Goggles, an fairly old technology that since few of last years goes through rapid growth.

Modern Way.

VR Goggles are devices that when put on head allow to see Virtual Worlds in three dimensions.

Head movements are detected & a vision field changes, moves.

There are costly VR Goggles as Oculus Rift for example, but there are also cheaper solutions that hold certain advantages as well.

'Cardboard VR' is a term for using either a cardboard box or a well made holder for the Smartphone, a modern computer in itself.

Screen is split in two parts, one for each eye. Smartphone communicates wirelessly with computer who serves data to a Smartphone that visualizes that data, for each eye. Smartphone serves gyroscope signals to a Computer as neccessary. This can be a quite elegant, cheap, modern & efficient solution for VR Visualization.

Later in this article i'll post details of how it works in practice, when i can ... as well as at least a few of the less obvious benefits of using VR Goggles on a Virtual Adept's Magickal Way.

... for now i'll only add a picture of a Virtual Adept Mage from Mage: The Ascension Storytelling Game about the Modern Magick.

A Virtual Adept.

My VR Goggles Set.

VR Box.

... my VR Box arrived (on 19.08.2016), still waiting for a Smartphone with Android OS, Gyroscope, WiFi & 3G Internet hardware however.

Once it arrives, VR Goggles set will be complete.

i'll use Trinus VR software for Android OS & PC, perhaps more as well. It's commercial, has price ... but has a free version as well. Works with iPhone as well, even if not everything is supported.

update (02/09/2016): a smartphone arrived already, i'll write more as i test it properly with VR & when i can; i need more than one day for that, perhaps much more as well.

Colors.

Colors are symbols (represent ideas), in different groups carry different meanings.

In this article i'll summarize colors' meanings for Buddhism & for Witchcraft.

Later i should also add Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn's colours' meanings as well.

ColorBuddhismWitchcraft
WhiteCalming Activity, Rest and Thinking, Purity, Learning, Knowledge and Longevity.Bone, extended exposure to the hot sun or ice, snow and intense cold. Just as a white piece of paper beckons your creative instincts, white offers you the power of a blank slate upon which to project your desiresand dreams. White is especially beneficial for candles and spells to initiate new projects. White is traditionally the color of the moon.
YellowEnriching Activity, Wealth (Yellow Zambala), Restraining and Nourishing. Color of the Earth, yellow denotes Stability and Grounded Nature.Yellow is the color ofthe Sun. It's a joyous, happy color indicative of growth, communication and intellect, a color of Spiritual Harmony. Yellow is associated with romance as it's the color most frequently associated with the most powerful spirits of love.
RedFascinating Activity, Subjugation and Summoning, Life-Force, Preservation, Fire, and Sacred Things or Places. It is believed to be a protective color.Luck, Birth and Death. Blood indicating injury and death, menstrual blood, whose arrival indicates that the gates of fertility are open. Strength, Vitality, Health, Passion, Courage and Sex. Pink demonstrates red's gentler aspects. Pink is especially beneficial for spells involving children and new romance.

PurpleMysticism.Power, Color of Royalty and Spiritual Authority, also associated with sexual pleasure.
GreenExorcism, Youth, Vigor, Action, and Harmony. It also represents Balance.Wealth, Fertility, prosperity and growth. The Power to Heal. It has close associations with blue and there are many ambiguous shades, such as teal or aquamarine that blend their energies. However, while blue is used to soothe Psychic and Emotional trauma, green is resolutely Physical.
BrownBodhi Tree, under which Historical Buddha reached Enlightenment.Stability and Gravity, the literal kind, the kind that keeps you attached to Earth. Brown is the color that embodies Hard Reality; it's an essential color for those who practice extensive psychic or intellectual work because it keeps you grounded. Heals, Nurtures, Empowers and is the color of creative potential.
BlackProtecting Activity, Power, Killing and Anger.Fertility spells, healing those who are chronically ill; Repelling Evil Intentions; Psychic Shields.

i did not find this explaination anywhere, but in my practice i'll use the colour of Silver to represent Mirror, Reflective Mind, Spiritual Aspirations, Modest Nobility & Mysterious Moon.

i did not find this explaination anywhere, but in my practice i'll use the colour of Gold to represent Radiant Sun, Spiritual Aspirations & Strict Nobility.
